Bay Area Restaurants Essentials processes most in-stock orders within 48 hours when orders are placed before 2:00 PM, unless otherwise noted. Lead times may vary by product and availability.

All delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery timing may be impacted by traffic and logistical conditions.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional charge. Pricing varies by item and delivery requirements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on delivery location, product type, and service requirements. Any additional accessorial charges required beyond standard delivery will be invoiced after delivery.

Delivery Routes & Scheduling

Bay Area Restaurant Essentials provides a delivery route heat map to help customers understand typical delivery days and service areas.

The heat map is intended for planning and visibility purposes only and reflects general routing patterns. Delivery days and routes are not guaranteed and may be subject to change due to traffic, order volume, or logistical conditions.

Final delivery scheduling is confirmed after the order has been processed.

Bay Area Restaurant Essentials ships from local distribution and warehouse locations within California.
Non-stock or special items may ship directly from manufacturers located within the United States.

Ship To Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Commercial Use & Residential Shipments

Certain commercial products may not be suitable for residential delivery due to safety, performance, or warranty limitations. Bay Area Restaurant Essentials reserves the right to place orders on hold or cancel shipments intended for residential use if products are deemed incompatible with non-commercial environments.

Local Delivery

Bay Area Restaurant Essentials offers a delivery service for qualifying orders.

Setting place delivery includes:

  • Delivery inside to the intended location

Setting place delivery does NOT include:

  • Stairs
  • Elevators
  • Lifting

If additional services are required, applicable accessorial charges will be billed after delivery.

Non-Local Shipping

Orders outside of local delivery zones may ship via common carriers. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on product size, weight, and destination.

If expedited freight delivery is required, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Important notes for freight shipment

Order Inspection:

  1. Inspect your shipment carefully before the driver leaves.
    All items must be inspected upon delivery.
  2. If damage or shortages are discovered:
  • Note all damages or missing items on the Bill of Lading before signing
  • Refuse delivery of damaged items
  • Take clear photos of the damage
  • Retain all packaging
  • Notify Bay Area Restaurant Essential promptly

3. Once the delivery is accepted and the driver leaves, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Bay Area Restaurants is not liable for damage reported after delivery has been accepted.

Delivery Disclaimer

Bay Area Restaurant Essentials is not responsible for damage incurred after delivery or if items are moved or used in a location other than the one where they were originally delivered.
