Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Please register for an account before placing an order.

Do you sell to residential customers?

Yes. Residential customers may purchase smallwares. Commercial equipment is intended for business use only; use in a residential setting will void the warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

Lead Times & Availability

What is your standard lead time?

For in-stock items, orders placed before 2:00 PM typically ship within 48 hours.

What about non-stock or special items?

 Non-stock items are subject to the manufacturer’s lead time, which varies by product.

Can I get my order faster?

 Expedited delivery may be available for an additional charge. Pricing depends on the item and delivery requirements.

Delivery

What is included in delivery?

 Standard delivery includes setting place delivery, meaning items are delivered inside to the intended location.

What is NOT included in delivery?

Delivery does not include:

  • Stairs
  • Elevators
  • Lifting
What if my location requires special handling?

 Any accessorial services required beyond standard delivery will be billed separately after delivery.

Returns

What is your return window?

All items are eligible for return within three (3) business days from the time of purchase, subject to approval.

What condition must items be in?

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all parts and materials.

Are there return fees?

Yes. Fees vary by product type:

  • Smallwares is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Heavy equipment is subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • Pickup fees start at $50 and vary by location
How are return charges handled?

All return-related fees are invoiced after the product is returned and inspected.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@essentialssf.com to request a return. Your email must include the order number and the quantity of each item being returned. Return requests are reviewed and approved prior to processing.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

All warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer.

Who handles warranty claims?

Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty claims. We do not administer or process warranty issues.
